At Venom Scents, we want you to be completely captivated by your signature aroma. If a fragrance doesn't perfectly match your chemistry, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original designer packaging, ensuring the bottle is tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory specialists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
